About

The number a friend passed along after their own breakdown.

Quick Tow EP works on a simple idea: when a driver calls, we connect them with an independent local operator who quotes the job before work begins, and the driver pays that operator directly.

Who we are

Why call a local tow referral instead of a national call center?

Quick Tow EP is a referral line, not a towing company. When you call, we take your location and what’s going on, then connect you with an independent, separately licensed tow operator who works in the El Paso metro. We don’t own any trucks, we don’t employ drivers, and we don’t run a storage lot. The operator you’re connected with does the job and quotes it, and you deal with and pay that operator directly.

That’s the difference from a national call center that doesn’t know the metro, or from guessing which local shop is even picking up. You reach a person here, and the call connects you with an independent operator who covers your part of town.

The independent operators in the El Paso metro work these conditions all the time: I-10 breakdowns, summer heat and dead batteries, monsoon flash floods, dust storms that cut visibility on the highways, calls in the Lower Valley and along Mission Trail, and Fort Bliss gate protocols. When you call, we ask what you’re driving so the operator who takes the job can bring the right kind of truck and quote you before any work starts.

What you can count on

What should you expect from any tow?

A local operator does the work.

You get connected to an operator who works your side of the metro and knows those streets firsthand.

The operator gives you an arrival estimate.

The operator who takes your job gives you an arrival estimate based on where their nearest truck is, not a number invented to win the call.

A price the operator quotes before work starts.

A tow you call for yourself is priced by the independent operator who does the work. They tell you the price before anything starts, and you pay them directly.

The right truck for your situation.

A flatbed suits AWD, EVs and damaged cars. A wheel-lift gets into tight garages. Commercial vehicles and RVs need a heavy wrecker. The operator asks enough questions to match the truck to your vehicle.
