Terms of service.

Using this website
Using this website means you accept the terms below. If you don’t agree, please stop using the site.
What we do
Quick Tow EP is a referral line. We pick up, ask where you are and what happened, and connect your call with an independent, separately licensed tow operator who serves the El Paso metro. We don’t own tow trucks, don’t employ drivers and don’t run a storage lot. The operator you’re connected with does the work and quotes the job, and you deal with and pay that operator directly.
Scope of service
Everything here is for general information. Prices, legal fee caps and suggestions were accurate when written and can change. Nothing on this site is a contract or a promise of a particular price or result.
Service agreements
The actual towing or roadside job is covered by a separate agreement between you and the operator who does the work. That agreement, not this website, sets the rate, where the vehicle goes, which payments are accepted and the terms of the job.
Calls are recorded
Calls to (915) 615-5465 are recorded, and a notice plays when the call starts. We use the recordings to connect jobs correctly and to check how well you were served.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, images and branding on this site belong to Quick Tow EP. Reading it, linking to it and quoting short passages with credit are all fine. Copying whole articles, images or branded materials needs our permission first.
Third-party links
We may link to outside sites (state agencies, manufacturer paperwork, and the like). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.
Limitation of liability
The information here is provided as-is, with no warranty. The towing work is done by the operator you’re connected with, under your agreement with that operator. If you follow do-it-yourself advice on the blog, do it at your own discretion and stop if anything feels unsafe.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms now and then. If something important changes, the "Last updated" date above will show it. If you keep using the site after a change, that counts as accepting it.
